My initial intake/assessment with Ophelia was very positive. She was immensely patient and asked a multitude of questions to get a full scope of my mental processes, family and medication history. Victorine is the best person ever!! She's down to earth, nice, and will laugh and be sweet with you as if you've been friends forever but still is very professional and informative, she taught me things about myself and made me say things about myself I never even realized on the FIRST CALL! I've been procrastinating on finding a new psychiatrist cause I never liked them, or the ones I found I never felt I was actually heard. But I feel I've never felt so comfortable and I even look forward to our next appointment!
